Do I need an appointment to speak with someone in my language?

While appointments are not required, they are recommended. Scheduling ahead helps us ensure that a qualified team member fluent in your language is available to assist you right away. Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the spot.

Can I complete a purchase or service entirely in my preferred language?

We’ll support you throughout the process. Some legal/finance documents may be provided in English or French as required.

I don’t see my language. Can you still help?
