Meet Paul Woodman, a new member of the Lexus of Calgary team in 2015 but a 15 year veteran of the automotive industry. He worked his way up the management ladder and now he’s moved back over to sales where he enjoys a more flexible schedule and can spend more time serving guests.

Q: How long have you been on the Lexus of Calgary team? What do you do?
PW: “I’ve been at Calgary of Lexus for eleven months. I’m a product advisor, I sell new and used cars.”
Q: The tagline for Lexus of Calgary is “Experience VIP Service.” What does that mean to you?
PW: “I think ‘VIP service’ really means every team member in the store works together as a team, no matter which department. We all work together insuring we give 100% customer satisfaction to all of our guests.”
Q: What’s the best part of your job?
PW: “The best part of my job is the people. Dealing with both employees as well as our guests. I like the interaction of employees and guests.”
Q: What is your dream car?
PW: “I’ve been in the car industry too long to have just one dream car. But probably our RX 350. The Lexus RX 350 has so much great functionality in all environments. It handles the weather in our region well and is very luxurious and nice to drive.”
Q: What do you do in your free time?
PW: “Mostly fitness. I spend a lot of time at the gym. You name it, I do it.”
