For our next employee spotlight, we interviewed Michilla Jacobsen, Assistant Service Manager. Calgary is Michilla’s hometown, and she joined the Lexus of Calgary team in 2009. She enjoys BMX racing and coaching.
Get to know more about Michilla!
Q: How long have you been on the Lexus of Calgary team? What do you do?
MJ: “I have worked at Lexus of Calgary for seven years, and I am the Assistant Service Manager.”
Q: The tagline for Lexus of Calgary is “Experience VIP Service.” What does that mean to you?
MJ: “To me, it means that every guest that comes in to the dealership is treated the same as a guest in our own home, and not just another person through the door.”
Q: What’s the best part of your job?
MJ: “I would say it would be all the different people you meet and the relationships you make with your guest. Also, the Lexus family that we work with every day!”
Q: What is your dream car?
MJ: “My dream car is the Lexus LFA.”
Q: What do you do in your free time?
MJ: “I spend my free time with family and friends. They are the most important things in my life!”
