We would like to introduce our Delivery & Technology Specialist, Melissa Sousa. Melissa  joined the Lexus of Calgary team three years ago, and currently stars in our walkaround videos available on the Lexus of Calgary YouTube channel.

Q & A With  Melissa Sousa, Delivery & Technology Specialist at Lexus of Calgary

Q: What do you do as a Delivery & Technology Specialist at Lexus of Calgary?

MS: “Basically, I am  the last contact for our guests who are picking up their new vehicles. We do a walkthrough of all the features and help them become comfortable with the new technology.”

Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?

MS: “We get vehicles leaving our dealership programmed and ready for delivery. When a guest arrives to pick up their vehicle, they sometimes need assistance with new technology. People are always learning something new about their vehicle.”

Q: What makes Lexus of Calgary different from other luxury dealerships in the area?

MS: “Well for starters, I have been in this industry most of my life and I have also been a customer at a couple dealerships. When it comes to customer service, no other dealership strives on making our guests feel like they are important and welcome as much as Lexus of Calgary.”

Q: What should first-time visitors know about Lexus of Calgary?

MS: “We are always welcoming. Come have a coffee, relax in our massage chairs, and expect great service!”

Q: What do you do in your free time?

MS: “I love spending time with my husband and our two fur babies, Figo and Sully (yorkies) as well as my family. I’m currently learning how to play the drums (my childhood dream). I love watching movies and football (go Broncos!), and going on as many trips as possible.”
