For our next employee spotlight, we spoke with Janet Hiller. She is a Service Appointment Supervisor at Lexus of Calgary and has been with the team since 2009.

Q & A With Janet Hiller, Lexus of Calgary Service Appointment Supervisor

Q: What does a typical workday look like?

JH: “My day starts at 6:30 am , booking service appointments via phone or email, answering guest questions, completing daily reports, and supervising appointment office staff.”

Q: What makes Lexus of Calgary different from other luxury dealership’s service departments in the area?

JH: “Along with our VIP services. I truly believe the service department staff genuinely cares about our guests and the needs of their vehicles.”

Q: The tagline for Lexus of Calgary is “Experience VIP Service.” What does that mean to you?

JH: “Treating each guest as though they were a guest in my home!”

Q: What is one service most people don’t know about that they should?

JH: “As of June 15, 2017 Lexus of Calgary offers  a complimentary manicure while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced.”

Q: What do you do in your free time?

JH: “I go out and support local live bands almost every weekend.”

Q: What’s the best part of your job?

JH: “The staff and guests I interact with daily.”

Q: What should first-time visitors know about Lexus of Calgary?

JH: “That we offer several alternative means of transportation to meet all of our guests needs including and not limited to Valet, Shuttle, and Loaners. We also have an express bay for minor services that can have a guest in and out of the dealership within one hour.”
