The 2023 Lexus IS is available in four trim grades: IS 300, IS 300 AWD, IS 350, IS 500. Customers choosing the entry-level IS 300 will have a twin-scroll turbocharged 2.0-litre, inline four-cylinder engine making 241 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The IS 300 AWD and IS 350 use a naturally aspirated 3.5-litre, V-6 engine. However, the engine used by the IS 300 AWD makes 260 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque, while the IS 350 produces 311 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. 

Buyers looking for the most performance available should be asking a Lexus of Calgary product expert about the IS 500. It has a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre, V-8 under the hood making 472 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque. 

A 6- or 8-speed automatic transmission will be available, depending on which drivetrain and trim grade combination they choose.
