Car of the Week: 2008 Lexus GS 460
The car of the week for this week is a 2008 Lexus GS 460, Stock #3710A.
Alyc Keith here once again for “Car of the Week.” I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. We had Bret Hart in the house over the weekend on Saturday and he was down here signing autographs. So I wanna thank everyone who came out to meet him. It was a great event and it was a great time, so thank you, Bret.
Last week’s “Car of the Week” was the 2016 GS. This week, we have a 2008 GS. This one is a very rare car. It’s the GS 460, a rear-wheel drive, it’s a V8 engine and it has very low kilometers. It just came in, so I was really excited and I wanted to show this car off as our “Car of the Week” this week. Let’s take a look under the hood.
You’re looking at a 4.6-liter V8 engine that produces 342 horsepower and 339 pounds of torque. A real beauty. If you actually notice, if you look behind the engine, the VIN number is stamped there at the back.
Here we are inside the “Car of the Week,” the Lexus 2008 GS 460. When this car first came out back in 2008, the price tag on this model, there’s only one model, called the “Luxury Package,” and it was $73,915. This has very low kilometers. The odometer reading is 106,498 kilometers. One owner car. It’s been bought and serviced here. Here’s the car proof that we always talk about every week. This thing is a beauty. It just arrived. It has the Mark Levinson sound system, six disc changer, navigation, backup camera. You do have the DVD headrest on both the rear headrests back there. Has a rear sunshade. This thing is overall just an amazing vehicle. Also, it is a rear-wheel drive, that might scare a few of you because winter’s coming. It does come with two sets of tires and rims. This thing will not last. Thanks for tuning in, we’ll see you next week.
