For our next employee spotlight, we interviewed Sandeep Chauhan, Service Advisor. Sandeep is from Punjab, India, and he joined the Lexus of Calgary team in 2013. He enjoys photography and listening to music.

Q & A With Sandeep Chauhan, Service Advisor at Lexus of Calgary
Q: What makes Lexus of Calgary different from other luxury dealerships in the area?
SC: “We create an environment of mutual trust and help guests in a friendly manner to earn their loyalty. We look for opportunities to provide service that is above and beyond what our guests may expect.”
Q: What does a typical workday look like for you?
SC: “I start the day by writing the work orders per guest’s concerns and appointments. I answer guest’s phone calls with their queries. I follow the work in progress and call guests if there are further recommendations by the technician for approval. I make sure the delivery deadlines are met and order parts if not available. I perform quality check on the serviced vehicle. Then, I call guests after work is completed and deliver the vehicle after invoicing.”
Q: What should first-time visitors know about Lexus of Calgary?
SC: “They should know the VIP service that we provide. We treat all customers as we would guests in our home, providing the best personal service and facilities of any dealer network in the industry.”
Q: What is your dream car?
SC: “The Lexus LX 570 (pictured above)”
Q: What do you do in your free time?
SC: “I spend time with my family and volunteer for the less fortunate.”
